Description of controls:

    By default, checkbox "Show Only new", located on Information panel, is checked. In this case showing only archives, which not saved to removable disks. For see all archives of all projects uncheck "Show only new" checkbox.

    Also information panel show amount and summary size of selected archives.

    Archives tree contain projects names and archives. New (not saved to removable disk) archives show by bold font. Project, which have not archives or New archives (if "Show only new" checked), is't show in archives tree.

    You may see detail information about selected item by click button "Properties" or press Alt+Enter keys.

    Use context menu for quick access to available functions.

Save archives to removable disks:

1. Check needed archives in "Archives tree". Amount and summary size of selected archives will show on "Information panel".
   Note: You may choose archives from several projects simultaneously.
2. Press button "Save to disk" or press F5 key.
3. If need change disk settings, press button "Settings".
4. For start saving to removable disk press "Start". You will query for inserting next removable disk, if target disk have not enough free space.
5. After process finished:
   a) It will appear success message box - if all OK.
   b) It will appear error message box - if some error occurred.

Restore files from archives:

1. Select archive for restoring by one of two ways:
   a) If archive exists in "Archives tree" select it  and press button "Restore".
   b) If archive locate on removable disk, press button "Restore from disk", enter into project folder, select archive and press "Open".
   Note: By default checkbox "Enable use harddisk copy of archive" is checked, therefore it will try use previous archives from "Backup" folder, and if archive not found try get it from removable disk. If you don't want use local copy of archives uncheck this checkbox.
2. If need change restore settings, press "Settings":
   a) Restore files list only - use for restore state of files list, which contain last saved files attributes: name, date, size, CRC.
   b) Restore only changed files - existing files with equal name, date, size will not restore from archive. Use it only if you sure, what existing files is't corrupt.
   c) Ask for save readed archives to harddrive - you will be prompted by save archives from removable disk to "Backup" folder.
   d) Restore original project - restore project settings from archive.
3. For start restoring from disk press "Start". You will query for inserting next removable disk, if archive locate on several removable disks.
4. If need, change location of root folders in window "Edit backup root folders", else press "OK" for continue. For change root folder location: 
   a) Select root folder from list.
   b) Press "Edit", select folder location and press "OK".
   c) Press "OK" for save changes.
5. After process finished:
   a) It will appear success message box - if all OK.
   b) It will appear error message box - if some error occurred.

Remove archives:

1. Check archives in "Archives tree". Amount and summary size of selected archives will show on "Information panel".
   Note: You may choose archives from several projects simultaneously.
2. Press button "Erase" or press key "Delete".
3. Confirm deleting of archives by press "Yes".

Restore file list state

Why it Need?   

• Latest increment archive is broken. For making full backup disk set, it need replace latest archive with new one.
• Latest archive include unneeded files. You can see it and correct project settings, but files already included into archive.

Steps:

1. Open needed archive:
   a) for restoring from local copy: select archive in "Archives tree", press button "Restore".
   b) for restoring from removable disk: insert removable disk with archive, press button "Restore from disk", enter into project folder, select archive and press "Open".
2. Change restore settings: press "Settings", check "Restore files list only", press "OK"
3. For start restoring press "Start". In case restoring from removable disks, you may be query for inserting next removable disk, if archive locate on several removable disks.
4. After process finished:
   a) It will appear success message box - if all OK.
   b) It will appear error message box - if some error occurred.

Restore projects on another computer

1. Insert removable disk with archive, press button "Restore from disk", enter into project folder, select archive and press "Open".
   Note: By default checkbox "Enable use harddisk copy of archive" is checked, therefore it will try use previous archives from "Backup" folder, and if archive not found try get it from removable disk. If you don't want use local copy of archives uncheck this checkbox.
2. If want backup files from this computer in future, change restore settings:
   a) Press button "Settings".
   b) Check "Restore original project" - project settings will restore from archive. It need for project using for backup files.
   c) Check "Ask for save readed archives to harddrive" - you will be prompted by save archives from removable disk to "Backup" folder. This option allow comfortable return to previous files state by restoring from local copy of archive.
3. For start restoring press "Start". You will query for inserting next removable disk, if archive locate on several removable disks.
4. If need, change location of root folders in window "Edit backup root folders", else press "OK" for continue. For change root folder location:
   a) Select root folder from list.
   b) Press "Edit", select folder location and press "OK".
   c) Press "OK" for save changes.
5. After process finished:
   a) It will appear success message box - if all OK.
   b) It will appear error message box - if some error occurred.

Several variants of restoring:
